Sabbath

The wisdom energy center is at the top of the head and white light is the color of the chakra. Sunday’s are a day of rest. No matter one’s beliefs, whether spiritual and/or religious , neutral, or strongly triggered, everyone needs a day to rest and stop and partake of the gifts in rest. Let Sundays be a day of spending time with family and friends. Seek solace in nature. Unplug from every outside distraction. Rest and Repose. Relax. Remember. Return.
