Suzy Wiseheart's Story as Medicine course and book has been life-changing. I have never considered myself "artistic", yet here I am creating art! The group's positive feedback about my creations was truly healing. Something has shifted on a very deep soul level. I am so grateful.
Spending even just a few minutes a day meditating and focusing on my breathing allowed an opening for just a treasure trove of gifts. It was as if the universe had been patiently awaiting me to sit still and pay attention so it could show me all the wisdom I was too busy to notice.
Thank you to Suzy for receiving the message of this book and writing it down for the world. This course is powerful, fun, eye-opening and healing. It felt like coming home to my truest self.

Everyone and everything has a story, whether written in paper, pencil, or paint; sung as a magnificent aria; chanted in church; or rapped on the subway. Some stories are hand stitched into a quilt, spray painted on a building, or whispered to a best friend. Stories illustrate our lives and cultures. Stories are our blood and bone, the heart and soul of our human existence. Stories define who we are, how we live, how we believe and value life.
Suzy Wiseheart's book offers students, teachers, therapists, and everyone who wishes a deeper relationship with themselves and a path into the story of their lives. Her book lovingly gives its readers the ability to embrace their stories, to transform their lives, and to live the story of their dreams.
